Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with Optymia AI. This page explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how cancellations work.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Plans)

First-time subscribers to a monthly plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided that:

  • You've run fewer than 10 audits or scoring runs in total, and
  • You have not used any "heavy" AI credits above the trial threshold documented in-app.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Plans)

Annual subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, subject to the same usage caps as monthly plans. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges (month 2 onward for monthly plans, year 2 onward for annual plans) are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billingand continue to use the Service until the end of the paid period.

4. What is NOT Refundable

  • Renewal payments after the initial 7 / 14-day window.
  • One-time add-on credits or overage packs that have been fully or partially consumed.
  • Custom onboarding, done-for-you audits, or agency success-manager hours already delivered.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.

5. Exceptions — We Will Refund When

  • A billing error caused a duplicate charge.
  • The Service was unavailable for a prolonged, documented outage that we could not resolve.
  • A feature you paid specifically for is materially removed or broken and cannot be restored within a reasonable period.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email ceo@optymia.xyz from the address on your account, or use the contact form.
  2. Include your order ID (from your Lemon Squeezy / Stripe receipt) and a short reason.
  3. We respond within 2 business hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved within a day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and are handled through our payment processors' dispute programs.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
