By accessing or using Optymia AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. AI Governance (GEO/SEO)
Optymia AI provides tools for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). We do not guarantee specific rankings or visibility scores, as AI search algorithms are proprietary and subject to change without notice. Usage of automated crawlers must comply with robots.txt standards.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
We use Lemon Squeezy for secure payment processing. Subscriptions (Scout, Builder, Optimizer, Autopilot) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Data Ownership and Ethics
You retain all rights to the data you provide to the platform. You agree not to use Optymia AI to generate misinformation, deepfakes, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
Optymia AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any AI-generated output.
